EMPLOYEE DUTIES – Duties of the two employees and the owner are as follows:
Employee 1 – Deals with customers, customer sales and going onsite in order to create a bid. He is also responsible for managing Employee 2 and making sure that he stays on task. He is also the certified gate technician and works on the installs, maintenance and repairs of the gates.

Employee 2 – Is our welder. He is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing the gates.

Owner – Once Employee puts a bid together with labor time and a parts list employee #1 sends it to the owner to make an estimate out of it. He then sends that to the customers. He does not go to the jobsite unless absolutely necessary to do so. He deals with all of the company business dealings, payroll, taxes, marketing, etc.
